OSARO did not need a rebrand, but their Wordpress website was no inspiration.

Instead, we looked at recent materials designed by their creative director and translated their vision into style guide made for web.

With an approved style guide, a one-to-one mockup of the new website was created before development started.

Development

Migrating platforms means preserving all content with zero data loss, maintaining SEO rank, and ensuring feature parity when possible.

The new site was built on Webflow, which OSARO's team agreed was much easier to maintain and understand. Features that were once paid plugins in Wordpress were now handled natively.

OSARO's blog was entirely retagged with new categories to better scale with multiple team members creating content.

Most of OSARO's visual content was video, a notorious weak spot for Webflow. We used externally hosted video for backgrounds and incorporated custom lazy-loaded YouTube embeds for video watching.

We included features like Hubspot CRM integration, a live Linkedin feed, and GDPR-compliant consent management that plays nicely with their analytics and marketing tech stack.

Maintenance

A beautiful site that's inaccessible or slow is still a liability, especially for a B2B company operating internationally.

Our result was a site that's not only faster and more compliant than before, but easier for OSARO's team to maintain and grow without a developer on call.

Scalability

Nearly the entire website was built using Webflow Components. The OSARO team can easily duplicate layouts, change content, and even build pages on their own without our input or fear of breaking anything.

Performance

OSARO heavy use of third-party analytics & marketing tools and video made performance a challenge.

GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed proved invaluable, and we optimized where possible. This often resulted in custom solutions so custom scripts only loaded when needed.

Accessibility

For a B2B company, accessibility is a business requirement, not just a best practice.

Our benchmark is clear: zero errors in WAVE, a Google PageSpeed accessibility score above 90, and an Ahrefs Site audit health score of 100.

AEO

As AI-powered search becomes a larger part of how B2B buyers discover solutions, we took early steps toward Answer Engine Optimization.

We implemented structured schema markup and an llms.txt file to ensure OSARO's content is readable and citable by AI systems.
