Frequently Asked Questions
Projects
How do I request projects?
Request it directly using your preferred method of communication. That could be email, Slack, carrier pigeon*, you name it.
We then choose the best matching items to your request, and if it looks good to you, it's approved and enters the queue!
* Not recommended for rush requests.
What's the difference between Unique, Sibling, and Child variants?
The first item is always considered Unique. A second item is also unique if it's in a separate category. For example:
- One product is a toaster and the other is a blender. Both need Amazon infographics. They are different items in separate product categories, so they are both unique.
Siblings are usually separate items within a category. For example:
- There are 2 products. Both are toasters, but one is a high-end model and the other is a budget one. They have different features. One is unique, and the other is its sibling.
Children are the same item with minor (usually cosmetic) differences. For example:
- There are 3 products. They are all the same high-end toaster with the same features. Each is a different color. The first item is unique, the other two are children.
Using Credits
Do credits roll over?
Yes, you just can't hoard them!
Partnerships: Credits roll over with a 140% credit cap on your account. For example, if you're subscribed to 30 credits per month, the most you can hold is 42 credits. Credits don't expire for as long as you're a partner!
Packs: Up to 10 Credits roll over from month to month. Credits expire after 4 months of inactivity.
Where can I keep track of credits and requests?
Every client has a Client Portal with a task history, useful links, and your credit balance.
How many credits can I use per month?
Use up to 60 credits per month, whether you're a Partner or not. Very large-scale projects are broken up over multiple months if needed!
