Do I need web maintenance?
Maintenance ensures your website operates smoothly and that you have someone to call for help.
That said, there is no risk if you're just setting and forgetting. You don't need professional maintenance just to keep it live.
What's included in maintenance?
Besides what's included in the plans above, all plans include a monthly email sent to your inbox with a link to your maintenance report.
Website maintenance does not include new pages, features, or redesigns.
What's the usual turnaround on requests?
If you find an issue or require a content update, just let us know. Most requests are resolved the same day, but allow up to 3 business days to complete.
Complex issues might take more time! If that happens, we'll let you know.
Which plan is right for me?
Smaller websites require less upkeep, so plans are based on website size. Not all pages count toward the total though! Here's a list of exempt pages:

- Legal (e.g. Privacy Policy)
- Utility (e.g. 404)

- Template pages
Can I still update the website on my own?
Yep! You own your website and you can edit or add to it at your leisure.
We strongly recommend knowing the basics of Webflow before you do, and always give us a heads up about changes.
If you decide to work with another vendor on your website, you must cancel your web maintenance plan.
Is this a long term contract?
Nope! You are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time for any reason. Your plan price is locked until you cancel or until new pages push your website to a new tier.
Can I use my credit discount on a partnership?
Credit discounts are only valid for single purchases of packs and cannot be used for Partnerships individually purchased credits.
