Basics
Do I need web maintenance?
You don't need professional maintenance just to keep it live.
However, there is risk in setting it and forgetting. If something breaks, you want someone checking in regularly to ensure everything is smooth and working optimally.
Maintenance ensures your website stays compliant, performing well, and has someone available ASAP when you need help.
Which plan is right for me?
Smaller websites require less upkeep, so plans are based on website size. Not all pages count toward the total though! Here's a list of exempt pages:
- Home
- Legal (e.g. Privacy Policy, Terms of Service)
- Utility (e.g. 404, Password)
- Design System
- Template pages
Expectations & Scope
What's included?
- Change log that is updated the same day any changes occur.
- Monthly performance tests and accessibility audits.
- Monthly reminder email to check the newest scores and changes.
- Implementation of new Webflow backend features, framework updates, and most up-to-date best practices.
What's not included:
- Redesigns
- New sections or pages
- New user-facing features and functionality
What's the usual turnaround on requests?
If you find an issue or require a content update, just let us know. Most requests are resolved the same day, but allow up to 3 business days to complete.
Complex issues might take more time! If that happens, we'll let you know.
Can I still update the website on my own?
Yep! You own your website and you can edit or add to it at your leisure.
We strongly recommend knowing the basics of Webflow before you do, and always give us a heads up about changes.
If you decide to work with another vendor on your website, you must cancel your web maintenance plan.
Is this a long term contract?
Nope! You are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time for any reason. Your plan price is locked until you cancel or until new pages push your website to a new tier.

What are credit packs?

How does my credit pack discount work?
As a Web Maintenance subscriber, you get a unique discount code to use on any Credit Pack purchase.
Discount codes cannot be used on Pay-per-Credit.
Can I use credits from my Pack or Monthly Plan for maintenance?
Yes! You can opt to have maintenance on the side as a standalone product or use credits as part of your credit Pack or Monthly Plan.
